Premier Birth & Postpartum Package

This comprehensive package includes two prenatal visits focused on birth planning and labor comfort measures, along with continuous labor and immediate postpartum support. You’ll also receive infant feeding and breastfeeding support, newborn care and safe sleep education,and car seat education and installation with a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).

Plus, enjoy 16 hours of flexible postpartum doula support during the first 12 weeks for newborn care, feeding support, recovery, emotional support, and light baby-related household tasks.

Comprehensive Birth Package

$2,800

This package includes two (120-minutes) prenatal visits focused on birth preferences, personalized birth planning, labor comfort techniques, and partner preparation. You’ll receive continuous hands-on labor and birth support, followed by 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum support.

Postpartum care includes initial breastfeeding and lactation guidance, two postpartum visits within the first two weeks, and six weeks of phone and text support.

Birth Support Package

$2,000.00

This package offers one prenatal visit (120-minutes) to help you prepare and create a personalized birth plan. You'll receive continuous support throughout labor and delivery, along with 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum assistance. I also provide lactation guidance and one postpartum visit within the first two weeks. For continued care, we’re available by phone and text for up to six weeks postpartum and offer a helpful resource list. Starting at 37 weeks on-call begins.

Postpartum Support Package

$1600.00

It includes 20 hours of comprehensive support, with each visit lasting 3-4 hours. I provide newborn care and education, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and lactation support. Additionally, I offer guidance on safe sleep practices and can connect you with valuable resources or referrals as needed.

This is used anytime in the first 12 weeks following birth.

Lactation Support

$300.00

This service offers 5 hours of personalized breastfeeding support to ensure a smooth experience.

It includes assessing your baby’s latch and feeding, providing tips to enhance comfort, and addressing concerns such as milk supply, positioning, sore nipples, or engorgement. I also provide resources tailored to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.

Overnight Doula Support

$50.00 per hour

This overnight support package is designed to help you rest and recover during the early postpartum weeks. I provide hands-on newborn care, lactation and feeding support, soothing techniques, and guidance on infant sleep and safe sleep practices.

For breastfeeding families, I bring the baby to you for feedings and handle the rest so you can return to sleep. For bottle-feeding families, I provide full overnight newborn care while you rest.
