Hi there! I’m Shantel, and I’m so glad you’re here. As the founder and CEO of Doula S.M.I.L.E., my heart is dedicated to supporting and uplifting families during one of life’s most transformative experiences. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula through DONA International and a Certified Lactation Counselor. My goal is to help you achieve the birth and postpartum experience you’ve always dreamed of, surrounded by warmth and understanding.

I’ve seen the challenges that can arise, and I’m committed to helping you overcome them with understanding and support.
As a mother of three, I’ve experienced firsthand the profound impact that loving, supportive care can have during this special time. My journey as a parent has deeply inspired my work, and I’m passionate about helping you navigate your path with confidence and care.
