Starting at 37 weeks, you'll have 24/7 access to us for any questions or support you may need.

Two virtual postpartum follow-up visits within the first two weeks after birth, each lasting 1-2 hours.

Together, we’ll review the installation process, adjust the seat to suit your child’s needs, and demonstrate how to properly harness and buckle them in securely.

We’ll discuss bringing baby home, seat transitions, and safety tips. In 60-90 minutes, you’ll feel confident for safe travels.
